Module Labeling
ITS labeling provides the user with multiple options for pole designation. To easily identify pole function, the ITS Test Block module has 5 labels per module. The front of the module has two and each remaining side has 1. The ITS Test Plug also provides the user with multiple options for labeling. Each plug module has four labels, 2 in front and 1 on each side.
Our labeling system provides multiple benefits:
- Custom printed labels based on customer specifications
- Pole function and order is never confusing with all sides being labeled
- Additional labeling above or below your test switches is no longer needed
- Wiring of the Test Block is simple with pole designation on all sides
Label Options
Label Colors: White, Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, Violet
Standard Printed Labels: Numbers 1-40, Letters A-Z, Pole functions C-, -C-, -C, P, T, M, N
Custom Printed Labels: To give the customer the ability to create a completely custom solution we offer printed labels which can accommodate logos, characters, letters and numbers.
Unless otherwise specified current labels will be white and potential and trips will be red.
Keyed Pins
Every module of the Interface Test System Test Plug is keyed using the isolation plastic piece between pins. Each test block module opening is also keyed to match the corresponding test plug module and ensure that it is inserted correctly.
