New ITS Test Plug
The ITS plug has been completely redesigned with the customer in mind. The advances made with the new plug allow for greater performance and flexibility. These new features include:
- Compact and efficient design
- Comfortable ergonomic handle
- Wider and thicker pin assembly
- Panel cover compatible while plug is inserted
New Single Module Test Probes
The new single pole probe is used for monitoring and measurement of individual circuits in more advanced testing procedures. This probe improves upon the flexibility of the system while still maintaining the ITS safety advantages.
New Keying System
Every individual plug module is now keyed using the plastic insulation between pins. Each block module is also keyed and must have a matching opening for insertion to occur. This keying system provides multiple benefits:
- Eliminates matching mistakes completely
- Assists in developing standards for particular relays
- Provides a smooth and even connection
- Ensures that testing procedures are done right
