IP54-Rated Cover for FTL Basic/Plus
Description
Cover in aluminum for test blocks FTL Basic and FTL Plus 10 or 14 poles using a polymer-based neoprene O-ring. The cover fullfils the requirements for protection degree IP54 (protection against solid objects and splashing water) according to IEC 60259 for the front of the test block.
An internal mechanical lock prevents the assembly of the cover if any disconnection pins is in the test position (open circuit).
The cover is affixed to the test block with knurled screws, no special tools are needed for installation or removal.
Mounting
In order to use the IP54 cover, just replace the fixing bolts of the test block with the ones supplied with the cover. The panel cutout remains unchanged.
