- Establish and maintain strong relationships with final customers and partners
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, product demos, and proposals
- Represent SecuControl at trade shows, conferences, and customer training events
2. Protection & Control Engineering
- Collaborate with customers on solution designs, integrating SecuControl test interfaces into their protection & control workflows
- Collect and synthesize feedback from customer field reports to inform product refinements and application best practices
- Provide application feedback to R&D teams in Germany and Brazil; contribute to continuous product improvement
- Develop and update application notes, wiring diagrams, and test plans
3. Customer Support & Training
- Deliver technical training sessions (remote and onsite) for customers, sales reps, and partners
- Act as lead technical contact for escalations and product-quality inquiries
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field (Master’s a plus)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Protection & Control engineering, with a focus on relay testing and field commissioning
- Demonstrated ability to blend technical expertise with a sales-oriented approach
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to both technical and executive audiences
- Self-organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a small-team environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (customer visits, trade shows, partner trainings)
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and bonus structure tied to sales/engineering performance
- Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision)
